This position is Under the scope of the IMEA Regional Sourcing office which is composed of 4 country clusters ,one of which is the cluster of Turkey & Israel which we are looking to fill.

What we offer

• Lead the RSO team for the Region / BU
• Lead together with the team operational standard processes with the target to: enable supply, secure supply, improve supply and verify supply
• Leads the interface between local/ regional Supply Chain & Master Planning, global Category Teams and Suppliers on all operational Purchase-to-Pay topics
• Implement together with the team local & regional activities and agreements with suppliers such as Consignment, SMI, QS and Self-Invoicing agreements
• Pro-actively support the simplification of regional operational purchasing process
• Get recognized as a role model in the Regional FP Team

Who we are looking for

• University degree in a related field
• Min. 5 years professional experience in different roles across the organization
• Language skills (+English mandatory), excellent skills in SAP , PURIS, MS Office
• Good leadership skills (team management experience) , accountability and ownership mindset
• Negotiation skills and confident to face with conflict
