What we offer

• Attending daily meetings
• Before leaving on trip for the day, setting of targets and alignment with sales manager
• Visiting all point of sales on route fixed in the daily report by the Sales Manager (based on route planning for the month)
• At each point of sale, sales visit following standardized process
• Placing and updating promotional material
• Installation and maintenance of Henkel installed equipment
• Collection of payments
• Complete daily report after each visit and adjust targets for following visits if necessary
• Deliver on targets set for the day – if not met at one POS, gap has to be recovered at following POS’s

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Craftsmen or FMCG sector
• Intermediate level in English.
• Driving license
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong presentation and convincing skills
• Flexibility to travel within the country
• Military service must be completed
