What we offer

The ideal candidate is expected to act as the right hand of the General Manager, Laundry & Home Care, who will be valuable member of the Laundry & Home Care Division in Henkel Turkey. This is a two-year Management Trainee role, which offers a solid experience in FMCG business and provide chance for overall business view via working hand-to-hand with the General Manager.

Team Coordinator

• Being responsible for coordination of operational work among department heads
and General Manager in the Laundry & Home Care Business Unit
• Coordinating regular & adhoc meetings to improve information flow among team
members
• Keeping project KPIs updated, following up the regular subjects and proposing
improvements when/if necessary
• Arranging meetings & workshops for relevant departments within Laundry &
Home Care

General Manager Assistant

• Providing full support to the General Manager
• Organizing the meeting and travel organizations
• Monitor incoming calls, maintain agenda and prioritize incoming correspondence
• Managing the documentation, filing, archiving processes efficiently
• Preparing reports and presentations when needed
• Acting as the right hand to the General Manager of the Laundry Business Unit
• Keeping the General Manager up-to-date regarding the development needs within the responsible
business unit
• Assisting the General Manager in each and every operational work that is required by an Executive
Assistant

Who we are looking for

• Having a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
with successful academic record
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Eagerness and appetite to develop him/herself in a fast changing FMCG environment
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Multitasking; able to complete various work in a desired timeline
• Solid interpersonal skills with ability to convince and coordinate different units and
stakeholders
