We are looking for a “Key Account Manager”, who will be responsible for our Adhesive Technologies, General Industry Business Unit. The ideal candidate will be accountable for;
• Assuming full responsibility for the coordination and implementation of all sales activities for a wide range of Henkel products within the Appliance, White Goods, Filtration, Agriculture & Construction, and Medical segments
• Handling acquisition of new customers and maximizing satisfaction of existing customer porfolio via providing technical and commercial support with Sales&Marketing department to achieve annual sales targets
• Establishing and managing strategic relationship with OEM customers
• Realizing customer visits to follow up and accomplish succesfull deal closure with the existing and new clients
• Accountable for the accomplishment of customer seminars, exhibitors and staff training (product/technology based)

• Supporting the profitable growth and the Strategic Business Unit (SBU)/Segment strategy across the related Region

The Key Account Manager is expected to have;

 
• University degree from a reputable university in related fields, Engineering degree and MBA/Masters qualification is an additional asset
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in relevant field preferably in Industrial area within the Appliance, White Goods, Filtration, Agriculture & Construction segments
• Advanced leadership skills. Proven team management experience is essential
• Good interpersonal communication skills and abilities
• Result oriented, self motivating and lateral thinking
• Excellent team player
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is plus
• Flexible for traveling
