Overviewing one of Henkel‘s three business units “Adhesives Technologies” sales operation via assuming responsibility for the Modern Sales Channel of Consumer business unit in order to maximize strategic targets and further grow the business with the strategic key accounts

What we offer

  • Assuming full responsibility for the Consumer business (B2C) of Adhesives Technologies operation via reporting to the Country Manager 
  • Creating sales strategy, setting goals, planning and ensuring execution for the responsible channel
  • Working in close cooperation with other sales channels to ensure the collaboration to reach the targeted business results
  • Following profitability of each and every customer on responsible categories, providing proactive action plans in order to secure the profitability as well as stable growth for the Modern Channel
  • Setting and following targets for customers and sales staff 
  • Realizing route trade visits to increase Henkel’s reputation and influence
  • Recruiting, training, and coaching Key Account Managers

Who we are looking for

For our Adhesive Technologies, Consumer business unit, we are now looking for a Sales Manager, who will assume responsibility for the Modern Channel accounts. The ideal candidate is expected to have;
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or in a relevant field, MBA or Master’s degree is desirable
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Key Account Management in an FMCG company (ideally within the multinational environment). Solid experience within diverse sales channels is an additional asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Self-confident professional, who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound leadership capabilities
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
