What we offer

Internal Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Quality performance metrics of customers and preparing the internal improvement plans with related management group in order toincrease internal and external performance results by moderating problemsolving methods as requested,
  • Reporting performance of Quality metrics given by customers and preparing improvements plans with responsible as requested,
  • Supporting of the quality system requirements in quality certificate IATF 16949 (covers also ISO 9001) and customer specific requirements and applying it accordingly whilst all processes implementations,
  • Conducting and supporting internal audits per the audit plan and as requested,
  • Coordinating of required corrective & preventive actions after evaluation of customer claims, internal and external audits,
  • Working as a team member on local and export products’ APQP processes,
  • Training the responsible workers about the quality assurance standards & customer specific requirements and etc.

Customer Oriented Responsibilities:

  • Supporting implementation of customer expectations,
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects on quality & performance,
  • Attending Project / Quality Meetings at the customer sites as requested,
  • Supporting customer regular / specific and project audits and following & reporting.

Supplier & 3PM Responsibilities:

  • Supporting quality activities for new suppliers & material introduction phases,
  • Coordinating supplier quality problems and creating SCMS (Supplier Complaint Management System) notifications for product quality problems,
  • Supporting supplier audits per the audit plan and as requested.

Who we are looking for

  • 1 - 3 years experience in Management Systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and having an experience in ISO 22000, GMP, Hygiene,19 Key Elements will be a plus,
  • Specific education and training in Quality disciplines is required, including : IATF16949, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, 8D, and APQP, Continuous Improvement, Total Quality Management, Customer Special Requirements,
  • Having a six sigma project experience (Black & Green Belt) will be a plus,
  • Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Willingness and eagerness for continues personal development,
  • Team worker, problem solver, and decision maker,
  • Effective communication and analytical thinking skills,
  • Good at interpersonal relations and managing various stakeholders at a time,
  • Able to travel to customers in Turkey and abroad for extended periods.
