Overviewing one of Henkel‘s three business units “Adhesives Technologies” sales operation via assuming responsibility for the Flexible Packaging segment under Industrial Adhesives business unit in order to maximize strategic targets and further grow the business within the responsible area.

What we offer

  • Coordinating existing sales activities for his/her customer portfolio  for the Flexible Packaging (adhesives, cold seals, heat seals) business unit across Turkey
  • Developing new business opportunities to increase sales within responsible area. Preparing and implementing action plan to develop sales, increase the profit, and gain market share
  • Developing and managing projects to fulfill the technical needs of the customers in relation with the Flexible Packaging and Textile Laminations strategies.
  • Keeping customers updated with technical information in Industrial Adhesives areas
  • Managing distributors and improve technical knowledge of the distributor’s staff
  • Traveling around Turkey to participate in the trials of the customers in case of business necessities
  • Conducting market analysis to understand market trends & dynamics
  • Supporting roll-out activities of selected technologies
  • Working align with the Finance, Supply Chain and Production departments to ensure best possible services for customers

For our Industrial Adhesives Technologies, “Industrial Adhesives” business unit, we are now looking for a Sales Engineer, who will assume responsibility for the Flexible Packaging segment. The ideal candidate is expected to have;

Who we are looking for

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or other related departments
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Industrial sales is an additional asset (flexible packaging market know-how is preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • High energy level, result oriented, self-motivating and excellent team player
  • Valid driving license and flexibility for traveling
  • For male candidates, military service should be completed
