Sales Support Systems and Operations Executive (1-year Contract)

This is a one-year contracted opportunity within one of the leading FMCG businesses. Aligned with the successful performance at his/her tenure within this specific role, the incumbent will be considered for the permanent roles at Beauty Care business.   

What we offer

  • Manage and establish Distributor Management System from order till invoicing processes of distributors
  • Work cooperatively with the 3rd party software and hardware suppliers
  • Control, track, and manage sales budget meanwhile work cooperatively with the Sales Department
  • Define and control the sales provision percentages and values to SAP according to customer annual agreements (contracted) and monthly plans (non-contracted)
  • Track the planned versus actual monthly trade spending
  • Prepare monthly distributor sell-out and stock data
  • Create new and existing users in SAP as being SAP Key User, via working cooperatively with IT office
  • Support ad hoc and regular reporting for Business Unit Sales Teams
  • Support reporting on sales performance
  • Actively looking at Salesforce to observe usage, movement of sales opportunities and keeping sales leadership informed
  • Manage and update Salesforce (CRM) and Associated Sales Order Processing tools (ESOP, ASOP, ISOP) with sales contracts and products information through sales process
  • Provide forms (text) for: price changes, new innovations, catalogue for the online customer tools
  • Assist with administrative activities including scheduling meetings, preparing regular forecasting, preparing presentations for budget and strategy meetings
  • Provide and track Salesforce training for on boarding new hires and continuing user education
  • Provides feedback to the CRM team, on business adoption and issues to continually improve the Salesforce platform

Who we are looking for

  • University degree from Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or degree in a relevant field 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
  • Capable to solve problems on his/her own initiative
  • The ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Interest in the Operations and Sales
  • Well organised and good time management
  • Previous experience in data analysis
  • Ability to proactively handle and respond to customer objections
  • Interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm
