Sales Engineer - Adhesive Technologies

What we offer

  • Manage Auto Supplier customers and implement international key account strategies in Aegean Region with responsibility of sales and profit
  • Coordinate existing sales activities for his/her customer portfolio, develop and manage sales within the Aegean Region
  • Follow up sales on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
  • Provide rolling forecast every month
  • Prepare and implement action plan to develop sales, profit and gain market share
  • Create and follow-up projects for innovative technologies and brands
  • Develop and manage projects to fulfil the technical needs of the customers 
  • Supply the customers with technical information concerning Automotive Surface Treatment and Adhesive chemicals.
  • Follow up customer processes and run trials with support of Technical team
  • Arrange and lead regular meetings with customers and Henkel Technical teams
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships, development of high and middle level contacts within assigned account
  • Build long term relationships and negotiates with key management partners
  • Manage distributors and improve technical knowledge of the distributor sta

Who we are looking for

  • University degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or other related departments
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in chemical or industrial market with preferably technical background in industrial production
  • An understanding of industrial environments and their differing needs and sales challenges
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Valid driving license and flexible for traveling
  • Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications
  • High energy level, result oriented, self-motivating, customer focused and excellent team player
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • For male candidates, military service should be completed
