What we offer

  • Planning and implementing periodically corrective and preventive maintenance program for Henkel Anatolia Plant
  • Controlling, monitoring and reviewing the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities with help of SAP PM Module 
  • Controlling of expense forecasts for maintenance activities and facility renewal
  • Collection and entry of data necessary to update the facility and equipment management archive
  • On the basis of programmed activities and operating conditions, informing promptly of spare part requirements to compensate deviations from routine and special maintenance demands 
  • Using drafting tools or computer-assisted design/drafting/drawing equipment and software (e.g. Drawing P&ID, Block Diyaram, etc.)
  • Overseeing installation, operation, maintenance and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications
  • Investigating equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and to make recommendations to maintenance crew
  • Specifying system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
  • Preparing technical work descriptions for small and medium projects related to mechanical installations on site 
  • Assisting Site Acceptance Tests after construction, renovation or modification of mechanical installations
  • Studying mechanical installations and preparing improvement plans including energy reduction proposals


Who we are looking for


  • BSc in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering Department, Master’s degree is an additional asset 

  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance engineer experience, undertaking responsibility ideally in a multinational environment

  • Capable of using AutoCAD and/or Solidworks drawing programs and SAP PM module

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

  • Aware of safety requirements for major turnaround and maintenance activities

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
