  • Assuming responsibility for executing cost optimization projects, proposing new ideas in order to increase project margin, securing supplier pool and supports growth
  • Initiating and executing cost optimization projects with responsible for Indirect Material and Services Categories: Information Technology, Technical Supplies and Services with Domestic Logistics
  • Deciding which suppliers will be worked with and which financial conditions will be applied (e.g, payment term, penalty cost)
  • Arranging internal and external meetings mainly goal of cost reduction projects: CAPEX, IT, Facility Management, Fleet Management, Utilities, Logistics and Human Resources
  • Attending regional and global category teleconferences quarterly meetings to get the insight from teams located in other countries and also, sharing local best practices with others
  • Composing external suppliers and internal stakeholders and setting a relationship
  • Ensuring e2e compliance by conducting the drafts & controls


  • University degree from a reputable university in related fields, MBA/Masters qualification is an additional asset
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within an international organization
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
