  • Creating technical specifications and  request for quotes
  • Comparing and recommending supplier quotes and cost analysis
  • Conducting independent execution of all procurement operations considering price developments, delivery time, logistic and quality
  • Leading negotiations and securing advantageous commercial agreements with approved suppliers
  • Overseeing supplier order till delivery and completion
  • Defining and standardizing internal procurement process 
  • Developing technical, statistical and fundamental assessments for each commodity
  • Conducting Market Research of industry trends, benchmarking and toolmaker mapping
  • Being responsible for spare part warehouse
  • Being responsible for the technical management of 3rd party contractors


  • Having a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering departments of universities
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in an FMCG environment
  • Experience in strategic purchasing as well as experience in negotiation and contract design
  • Ability to recognize and analyze technical context, functionalities, and interdependencies
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and reporting skills
  • Experience in SAP system is preferred
  • Strong planning, organizing, and integration skills
  • Ability to work independently and take full responsibility
  • Multitasking between two to three primary projects at a time
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
