YOUR ROLE 

  • Reporting directly to the HR Director, Turkey & Israel and leading a team of 3 professionals
  • Assuming full-fledged end-to-end responsibility for the Payroll operation both for white and blue collar employees
  • Preparing necessary reports, working in close cooperation with the Finance Team on the reporting
  • Managing annual personnel cost planning and KP planning
  • Managing local benefits including Private Pension, Health Insurance and Life Insurance
  • Closely following up of payroll related practices and government incentives in an ever changing environment
  • Acting as the SAP Key user for Turkey
  • Acting as the HR data point of contact for external and internal data
  • Acting as the local employment legislation expert for the HR team; ensuring alignment of HR documentation and processes with local legislations, working with the local Legal Team where needed
  • Managing & updating HR Policies and procedures in accordance with local legal regulations and Henkel standards
  • Being point of contact for all HR audits (internal audits, customer audits etc.) as well as for all government parties related to employment (social security institution, employment institution etc.)
  • Assuming responsibility for Industrial Relations, taking key role in union relations and ensuring healthy communication on HR topics
  • Managing personnel and administrative HR operations together the team

YOUR SKILLS 

  • 6+ years of experience in HR Operations most of which consists of payroll management
  • Solid know-how in Turkish legislations
  • Previous experience in using SAP, proven track record as a SAP key user is desirable  
  • Previous know-how in employee benefits practices
  • Industrial relations experience is an additional asset
  • Ability to communicate and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills in English
