YOUR ROLE

• Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and leading a team of 2 professionals
• Managing Quality aspects of liquid & powder and sulphonation production process and hygiene management
• Execution of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Semi Finished Goods & Finished Goods sampling, and quality plan
• Determination of sampling schedules and applies proper application of prescribed methods, monitoring microbiology and triggering to immediate quality alerts to Corporate MB and International SHEQ in case of any deviations
• Developing Supplier tracking and improvement programs, organizing market, distributor and supplier visits and audits where necessary
• Performing Internal Audits according to ISO Matrix Certification System
• Giving support to R&D when necessary and participating zero productions and performing Quality reporting

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• 9+ years experience in Quality field within a multinational FMCG environment
• Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean and/or TPM activities would be an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
