YOUR ROLE
- Business partnering and supporting regional managers on key strategic, organizational and operational processes and procedures to drive revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency.
- Managing all aspects of Sales teams regarding to 3rd party IT service provider, Repzone, for Traditional Trade business and coordinating all digitalization processes (target setting, forecasting, analysis, decision support, trade term spending, sales order management, IMS, etc.), tools and training in line with Henkel Vision.
- Managing day-to-day processes of Net Revenue Management (NRM)
- Acting as a leader for the development of NRM strategy across Sales, Marketing and Finance
- Aligning between functions involved in NRM (especially Marketing, Sales, Finance) and coordinating programs and actions needed to implement recommendations
- Contributing to build-up of NRM excellence across organization, including driving to common understanding and “language” around NRM
