Business Controller, Laundry & Home Care

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, yearly income and asset statements for Laundry & Home Care business unit
  • Forecasting monthly sales and profit of Laundry & Home Care business unit
  • Monitoring company budgets and make necessary recommendations
  • Monthly reporting of key figures
  • Analyzing the processes and benchmarking of profitability of products
  • Ensuring the information flow to business from internal and external sources
  • Working in close contact with regional management
  • Preparing of all local/regional ad hoc reporting requests and taking part in projects


  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics & Engineering Departments is preferred
  • Total max 5 years, min 2 years of experience in a related position
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Self-confident professional, who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound leadership capabilities
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications, SAP is a plus
  • Team worker, problem solver, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various assignments
  • Willing to perform controlling analysis, reporting and budget planning
