YOUR ROLE

• Join the world’s largest provider of bonding, sealing and functional coating solutions.
• Become a member of the global Strategic Marketing team of Adhesive Technologies.
• Manage business ownership of the topic of executional price maintenance for Adhesives Technologies.
• Build and manage centralization of steering of shared service center teams doing executional condition maintenance and step wise integration of parts currently still done scattered in other teams of the organization.
• Drive harmonization and standardization of executional condition maintenance for all covered SBUs across regions.
• Design, implement and maintain governance process and be gatekeeper for new requirements to keep executional maintenance harmonized, simplified and lean.
• Become central counterpart for SBUs and executional teams for executional condition maintenance topics to implement new pricing procedure guidelines and rules.
• Drive continuous process improvements for executional condition maintenance including steps for further automation.
• Develop and establish monitoring KPIs for executional condition maintenance process in SAP.
• Ensure consideration of audit and internal control requirements relevant for executional condition maintenance process in SAP.
• Collaborate closely with out IT counterparts on process improvement implementations and developments towards further automation of condition maintenance process.

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in business administration, finance, business informatics, or a related field.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization including shared service center teams.
  
• Experience in designing, running and steering efficient and excellent executional processes and defining guidelines for them, preferable in Pricing.
  
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to manage complex topics
  
• Excellent SAP user knowhow in Master data and OtC module, specifically related to pricing
  
• Experience in implementing process automation and development of effective solutions in case of process inefficiencies, preferable in CRM, Pricing or similar areas.
  
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  
• Change management skills to drive process adoption and manage resistance to change.
  
• Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
  
• Intrinsic motivation to continuously challenge status quo while defining meaningful priorities which changes and improvements create relevant benefits and impact
