YOUR ROLE
- Provide technical solutions and automation to simplify complex Intercompany reports and processes from conceptualization up to creation
- Turn data into relative and reliable information that would support the management's decision-making, improve process efficiency, and support business continuity
- Focus on end user point of view to ease the usage of the reports upon development
- Provide enhancements and automation to manually prepared reports
- Hold meetings with stakeholders to discuss matters on the improvement of the process as well as resolution of issues
- Analyze the requirements of reports requested and determine the effective technical approach - considering cost of report creation and benefits to be derived
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business-related courses
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant working experience in developing Macros
- Knowledge SAP Scripting through Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)/Visual Basic .NET (VB.NET) and Python is an advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Power BI is needed
- Experience in Project Management is required; Must have good analytical skills in interpreting data and Continuous Improvement mindset
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (12:00 NN – 9:00 PM)
