YOUR ROLE
- In a team, you will collaboratively prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the parent company of Henkel in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- You will serve as a trustworthy point of contact for accounting-related questions from colleagues in the business and maintain direct communication with our auditor
- You will also monitor the current developments in accounting standards and implement updates in a timely and independent manner
- Throughout this process, you will consistently consider the interdependencies with other Henkel-teams and actively contribute your expertise to international project teams

YOUR SKILLS
- Master's degree in economics/finance with a focus on accounting
- At least 4 -5 years of professional experience in the field of accounting or auditing, preferably with a tax advisor exam, ACCA or CIMA, alternatively: teaching experience with doctorate
- Advanced Excel and Office 365 applications skills (including VBA) and experience with SAP
- Engaging team player at heart, growth-oriented entrepreneur in mind
- Experienced in managing projects independently
- Perceiving yourself as a proactive business partner identifying and responding to the needs of your key stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent German & English language skills
