  • Facilitates site operations through policies, quality and efficient standardized processing and manufacturing cost systems
  • Leads management review process, establishes and improves KPIs for regional operations
  • Facilitates demand and supply planning and allocation to appropriate site manufacturing
  • Ensures requirements are implemented in region with regards to manufacturing facilities; implements, monitors SHEQ in the sites
  • Drives / steers cost saving projects, capacity adaptation, maintenance and availability, restructuring, allocation, MoB projects etc.
  • Drives operation and continuous improvement based on lean manufacturing and six sigma
  • Steers development of production sites regionally based on the BU/SBU business development and strategies
  • Steers investment and maintenance budgets; develops plans for optimizing the use of fixed assets, materials and human resources
  • Develops masterplans by continuously optimizing the network set-up of Contract Manufacturer plants.  
  • Steers and develops the teams (development, succession planning, etc.)
  • Ensures know-how by creating best practices and executing within the teams.
  • Steers and is fully responsible for the KP planning process for the network including all contractor plant budgets
  • Drives the creation of continuous improvement glidepaths and steers the implementation of HPS initiatives


  • Bachelors Degree Required - Science or Manufacturing field preferred
  • 5+ years experience in leadership management within larger organizations

The salary for this role is $112700.00 - $153500.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
