Our Talent Acquisition Team in Turkey is responsible for attraction and recruitment of talented people, who are crucial for Henkel’s business success. The Turkish Team is assuming dual responsibility for the management of Recruitment and Employer Branding operations, which covers local analysis, planning, facilitation, and implementation of best practices to support Henkel’s vision and strategic goals. Management Trainee role is a 12-month post within the Talent Acquisition Team and will be responsible for 3 business units of Henkel including Adhesives Technologies, Laundry & Home Care, and Beauty Care.



  • Acting critical role for the recruitment cycle from search strategy setting to completion of the recruitment projects for the junior level roles 

  • Identifying ideal candidate profiles aligned with the business expectations via applying various recruitment channels including Henkel career portal, LinkedIn and local career web sites 

  • Under the guidance of the Recruitment Manager, Recruitment MT will be the responsible point of contact for hiring managers and candidates for the responsible positions 

  • Working in close collaboration with responsible HR Business Partners and business colleagues for each project 

  • Analyzing global and local recruitment trends, deriving future recruitment needs and applying appropriate actions 

  • Contributing to the development of a talent pipeline for the up-coming roles 

  • Assuming full accountability for the long-term internship recruitment 

  • Preparing case studies for the long-term internship roles, handling the process with an innovative approach to further strengthen Henkel’s internship program 

  • Participating to the regional calls to ensure that Turkish operation is aligned with regional strategy as well as regional developments 

Employer Branding 

  • Acting key responsibility for the establishment of full Employer Branding cycle from strategy setting to execution of the operations 

  • Creating strong partnership with universities, engaging presentations and case studies, and contributing to the career fairs to further boost the attraction to Henkel 

  • Developing content and communication strategy with universities for the long-term internship roles 

  • Assuming responsibility for the contract management of Employer Branding activities, PO opening and ensuring payment transactions are realized within the agreed timeline


  • Having a bachelor or master degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field with a successful academic record 
  • Minimum 1 full year experience within the Recruitment operation; Recruitment Agency exposure is an additional asset 
  • Proven track record in Employer Branding is desirable 
  • Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, expertise in Excel is necessary 
  • Willingness and eagerness for continues personal development 
  • Team worker, problem solver, and decision maker 
  • Effective communication and analytical thinking skills 
  • Good at interpersonal relations and managing various stakeholders at a time
