Technical Customer Services Engineer, Vehicle, Repair and Maintenance

  • Developing, optimizing and improving products, performances and technologies for Adhesives Technologies, General Industry Business Unit (AG)
  • Assuming responsibility for product usage and methods for customer applications in order to increase product sales for AG
  • Engaging and involving in all Sales and Marketing initiatives and programs. Supporting new product initiatives in terms of product launch and business development activities
  • Responding customer calls and queries in a promptly manner and taking necessary actions accordingly
  • Maintaining and building close contacts with customers & market in order to translate trends and opportunities into product or technology development
  • Ensuring to be up-to-date with the newest trends in application technology for the markets served by AG VRM
  • Running a test drive for new products developed by the R&D department via applying to appropriate application methods for these new materials. Preparing detailed test reports for new initiatives or existing products
  • Representing AG VRM at conferences, trade shows and meetings regarding avenues of research and new advances
  • Realizing business trips to customers and other facilities across Turkey


  • BSc/BA in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or in a relevant Engineering Department, MBA or master’s degree is desirable
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer technical services field ideally within the multinational company
  • Previous track record in Vehicle Repair & Maintenance and Automotive Aftermarket is an additional asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
