  • Support Senior Management with the implementation of the global/regional strategy, drive regional projects as well as localization of the global projects, focusing particularly on General Industry Business Unit and its management of IMEA (Turkey, India, Middle East, Africa) Region
  • Assist IMEA Regional Head of General Industry SBU for his operational as well as strategic agenda. This includes design and creation of presentations with a high level of proficiency

  • Work hand to hand with the IMEA Sub Unit Leaders of General Industry to further boost the strategic developments for the localization of the global projects

  • Provide insight to the IMEA General Industry leaders on Mergers & Acquisition activities when/if necessary as well as preparing necessary presentations for approval process

  • Develop necessary proposals to the Regional Head and/or Regional Leadership team and steer project implementation on behalf of IMEA Leadership Team

  • Act as key process owner for organizing regional IMEA Leadership Meetings, creating meeting agenda items, keeping minutes as well as following agreed action points with relevant stakeholders

  • Monitor related KPIs to improve operational efficiency and create necessary reports to keep Regional Leadership team updated

  • Secure healthy communication with the IMEA Global Strategy Team and other stakeholders

  • Responsible for communicating to all level of audiences in Adhesives Technologies ecosystem in order to act as a strategic partner for project management.

  • Represent General Industry IMEA at necessary regional/global platforms if needed

  • Manage Regional Head’s calendar to get best efficiency and coordinate necessary arrangement with other Country/Regional Leaders


  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or in a relevant field from a top-tier, worldwide known university, MBA or master’s degree is an additional asset
  • 2-3 years of experience in a top-notch consulting firm or in a Strategy department of a multinational company
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Out of the box thinker with ability to influence peers and managers
  • Passionate professional, who possesses analytical, result-oriented approach with experience in overcoming challenging situations with a can-do attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Motivation and eagerness to contribute in change management of the related business unit
