  • Supports local requirements to meet the expectations of internal customers
  • Responsible for setup, analysis, implementation, inventory, re-launch and phase-out of technology components and hardware
  • Supports MS based environment (eg: Win10, O365, Share Point, OneDrive) and Data Center & Network team to ensure service excellence
  • Delivers and manages in autonomy End User activities (eg: New PC preperation, Mobile Devices, User Support)
  • Optimizes and organizes information exchange of new processes and applications with other internal/external organizational units and functions
  • Implements and ensures local compliance in adherence to Corporate Guidelines, Standards and Processes


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, MBA or master’s degree is desirable
  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented international environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Excellent in analytical thinking, communication, problem solving, decision making
  • Strong technical skills, including systems architecture and end-user experience
  • Self-confident professional who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound leadership capabilities
  • Microsoft Based System Knowledge
  • Interested in DIGITAL solutions
