  • To assume responsibility for Accounts Payables operation with the 3rd party’s
  • To act as a bridge between the Shared Services Center (SSC) Cairo and Henkel Turkey within his/her responsible areas
  • To support SSC and Business Units in terms of invoice verification, supplier accounts/master data and payment related topics
  • To work in close cooperation with the SSC Cairo team and other stakeholders for the invoice verification, invoice approval, payment proposal, vendor accounts handling and vendor balance confirmation processes on Accounts Payable for Indirect Materials and Services (IMS)
  • To handle supplier claims, to check and provide approval for payment proposal process
  • To secure suppliers’ pool and support growth within Regional Processes and Operations (RPO) Turkey
  • To propose new ideas in order to increase operational efficiency and accuracy in the Accounts Payable operation


  • Having a bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field with successful academic record
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts Payable know-how is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
  • Excellent command of English, both speaking and writing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in problem-solving
  • Capable of working with various stakeholders in harmony
