About this Position
Incumbent shall drive shop-floor safety and quality by ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, leading inspections and CAPA, fostering a safety culture, and enforcing in-process checks to meet defined quality standards.
What you´ll do
- Safety Management Ensure strict compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify and eliminate unsafe conditions and behaviors on the shop floor.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Promote a strong safety culture among team members.
- Quality Assurance Ensure production meets defined quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to quality control plans.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing/production environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, and production processes.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
