What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical discipline.
- Over 10 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in quality management and 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and FSSC 22000: with hands-on application in audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong English written, oral, and professional presentation skills.
- Proficient in standard quality tools and problem-solving methods: including 8D, Six Sigma, and FMEA, to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Lean & Continuous Improvement Expertise: Strong command of Lean principles and tools to optimize processes and drive measurable performance gains.
- Program & Project Leadership: Proven experience delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives on time and within scope.
- Global Stakeholder Leadership: Highly effective in influencing and aligning diverse, matrixed teams across regions and functions.
- Change & Culture Leadership: Demonstrated success driving cultural transformation through coaching, team development, and continuous improvement.
- Analytical Problem Solver: Strategic and data‑driven thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex business challenges.
- Execution‑Focused Mindset: High sense of urgency, accountability, and prioritization in fast‑paced environments.
