What you´ll do
- Support in day-to-day business
- Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s)
- Supports processes/operations of the respective Henkel team
- Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
- Operational Support: Assisting the logistics team with daily tasks
- Documentation: Handling transportation documentation (e.g., EKÁER processes)
- Reporting & Analysis: Preparing regular reports for transport planning
- Coordination: Assisting and coordinating shipments flow
What makes you a good fit
- Students with ongoing studies with active student status in Logistics or Supply chain management
- Very good knowledge of English
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of PowerBI would be an advantage
- Curious, passionate, proactive and goal-oriented
