Manager Application Engineer

職務内容

• Conduct field visits to customers to understand application requirements, usage habits, and competitive landscape
• Provide technical support including product recommendations, application demonstrations, and on-site troubleshooting
  Develop and implement adhesive solutions using application equipment to improve customer processes and performance
• Lead and manage the application engineering team to achieve business targets by driving key projects from identification to execution
• Define and build technical capabilities within the team aligned with business strategy, and develop a strong talent pipeline
• Establish and execute long-term strategies to ensure alignment with business goals and optimal resource allocation
  Oversee laboratory operations (personally or through the team), including prioritization of customer samples and reporting of technical results
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, propose next steps, and drive decision-making
• Support customer development and product development projects with strong adhesive technology expertise, especially in semiconductor-related applications (Japan and global support)
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and identify new business opportunities in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
• Standardize technical documentation and ensure data consistency across platforms
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and global technical teams
• Stay up to date with industry trends in electronics and adhesive application
