About this Position
As an Intern in the German Sales Team for B2C Adhesives, you'll have a unique opportunity to experience the dynamic world of sales within the FMCG sector. Our motto: hands-on and learning by doing. You get to work and support directly in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market analysis gaining valuable work experience and insights that will help you for the rest of your career.
What you´ll do
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitive products. Analyze data to provide insights for sales strategies
- Customer Engagement: Assist in managing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Support the development of customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, inventory management, and sales reporting
- Sell: Assist in preparing sales presentations and individual customer promotion offers
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress towards sales targets. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the industry
What makes you a good fit
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or (soon to be enrolled in) Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior internship or work experience in sales or marketing is a plus
- Fluent in both spoken and written German, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with German-speaking clients and customers; strong English language skills for internal stakeholder management are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Analytical mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for the FMCG industry and sales profession
- Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting March 2027 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
